{Serves 1 (& it’s HUGE!) ::: 518 calories, 24.7g Fat, 31.6g Carbs, 43.6g Protein}

Ingredients:

1 tbspn Agave Nectar
1/4 cup Almond Meal
3 tbspns egg whites
1 tbspn Almond Butter
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (or fresh)
38g Cellucore Peanut Butter Marshmallow

Directions:

Spray a coffee mug with cooking spray and then add the following ingredients and stir : egg whites, almond meal and 28g Cellucore protein powder. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cake has risen over the mug (be careful! it rises fast and can spill out!)

Plate cake and use the mug to warm up the berries in the microwave. Once warm, and the final 10g of protein powder to mix. Top cake with protein berry mixture, almond butter and agave syrup. Enjoy! This cake can EASILY be topped with anything and you can switch out the flavor of protein as well =) Add some raisins, nuts, etc into the batter for added texture!
